Recruitment Process

Job Order/Manpower Request Letter (Demand Letter)

  Special Power of Attorney

This letter must be sent to us, typed on your letterhead with detailed terms and conditions of the service categories, salary scale and total number of workers required. This letter must be attested by the Qatar Chamber of Commerce; Ministry of Interior in State of Qatar and respective Country Embassy in Qatar.

On your letterhead duly attested by Qatar Chamber of Commerce, Ministry of Interior and to the Embassy in the State of Qatar is required for registration with the Immigration Department in the country of selected candidates. In the SPA, the employer must declare that they authorize Khalifa Manpower to test and conduct interview on their behalf to complete required formalities of the respective country and the embassies of the host countries regarding to manpower recruitment.
